The moving cabin provides comfortable, dust-free work in a low-noise environment. Operation is carried out by a screen and two joysticks, while direct visibility of the cut material enables continuous quality control. To have a good view behind the saw head, a rearview camera with its own monitor is used. As an alternative to the moving cabin, a fixed-to-theground control panel can also be installed. Optional with air conditioning.

The double-sided pre-cutters ensure a clean entry and exit for the saw blade, which significantly increases the lifespan of the saw blade. Both pre-cutters can be controlled individually.

The cross cutter automatically trims the boards to the desired length during cutting or cuts long timber into multiple boards. The crosscut saw can optionally be rotated 90° and used as a longitudinal cutter. An integrated laser shows the cutting line.

The pressure guides improve the stability and reliability of the sawblade guidance system. As a result, precise cutting is possible even at elevated feed rates. Both guides can be moved to position them as close as possible to the log.
The cutting accuracy is constantly monitored, and if the desired tolerance is exceeded, the feed rate is automatically reduced.

Highly recommended for contract cutting. During the fi rst cut, the log is measured and saved according to the customer and type of wood. The log measurement also allows cross-measur-ing or automatic alignment of the log.

Sawdust is collected in a dedicated container, which is emptied automatically when the saw returns to the end position.

Especially useful for long timber, when the cross cutter trims the long planks to the desired lengths multiple times. During the return, the plank gripper stacks the individual planks on top of the fi rst plank and places them all together to the side.

The protective covers are hydraulically opened when changing the saw blade. The saw blade can be easily removed and replaced. The band saw is ready for use again in no time.

Two hydraulic cylinders move the sawhead up and down quickly and with extreme precision.

The sawhead is directly driven on both sides by two electric motors. The optimum rate of feed is continuously adjustable.

While traveling backwards, the plank remover automatically adjusts to the cutting height and pushes either the slab or each individual board to the side.

The hydraulic log loader lifts the log onto the guideway. This is where wood processing begins.

Logs of various sizes and shapes, as well as cants and planks, can be easily rotated into the desired position using the turning chains. They are also used to eject sawn timber to the side.

The longitudinal rollers move the log back and forth for optimal use of the clamping tongs, ensuring the log is securely fixed.

The individually height-adjustable clamping tongs allow precise horizontal alignment of the log and securely fix it in place. Thanks to integrated height monitoring, the tongs automatically position themselves at the required minimum height during the fi nal cut without cutting into the tongs. Curved beams can be carefully pulled down onto the log support using the tongs.

For squared timber, slats, and parallel stock, the cut material is positioned at a 90° angle. Thanks to the tongs‘ fine adjustment function, the angle can be precisely corrected as necessary.

The hydraulic log infeed conveyor transports the wood to the log loader. Several logs can be loaded onto the conveyor at the same time.

The plank outfeed chains transport the cut material on working height to the edger. They can be controlled either from the cabin or directly at the rip saw.

Even more fl exibility is provided by the gripper carriage, which allows to pick up each individual board or an entire stack of boards and gently place them in the selected box at the front.

The outfeed rollers transport the cut material lengthwise, either forward or back, over the conveyor for further mechanization.

With additional cross chains in the guideway, the cut material can be sorted to the right or left side.

The scraper conveyor transports the wood chips along the fl oor and then transfers them to the cross conveyor. The cross scraper moves the wood chips and sawdust upward into the container.

The back-pusher transports the cut material to the rear. At the same time, a hold-down device ensures that the board does not slip sideways off the log. Afterward, a conveyor belt, which automatically adjusts to the cutting height, takes over and moves the wood further onto the roller conveyor.
