Special version of longitudinal cut circular saw EB110

2013-10-15
A special version of longitudinal cut circular saw EB110 was manufactured specifically for a hardwood sawmill in Pennsylvania/USA.
The contact came at this year's LIGNA fair in Hanover, where the customer right from the outset was enthusiastic about the simple working principle this machine.

In this sawmill are mainly cut cherry, walnut, oak, maple, elm and ash into thick planks.
After drying, these massive plates are up to 4m long, 1m wide and 10cm thick with a vacuum robot put on the longitudinal cut circular saw EB110 and aligned with a line laser. The circular saw blade with 9KW has enough power to cut these thick boards. The infinitely variable feed allows an optimum adaptation of cutting speed on the various thicknesses of the boards.

We wish our customer many pleasures with the new EB110!
