In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, we hereby advise that Resch & 3 GmbH processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, and persons who voluntarily provide their personal data to us by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Our company guarantees within the scope of the statutory provisions that personal data is processed with due consideration to basic rights and freedoms and the dignity of the parties concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to protection of personal data.
Purpose and objective of data processing:
compliance with legal obligations, regulatory obligations, social standards, civil legislation and tax legislation;
fulfilment of contractual obligations as may exist with respect to the parties concerned;
fulfilment of activities in connection with the business activities of our agency, such as compiling internal statistics, invoicing, and maintaining customer and supplier accounts;
objectives of a commercial nature, such as sending business information and promotional material (by post, fax and e-mail), marketing, and market surveys;
securing receivables and managing liabilities.
With regard to the above mentioned objectives, your personal data will be made available as necessary:
to public bodies and authorities, where provided by law, to financial institutions with which our company maintains business relationships for managing receivables and liabilities and arranging for financing;
to all persons, whether natural and/or legal, public and/or private (agencies providing legal advice, management consulting or tax consulting, courts of law, chambers of commerce, etc.), if such communication of the data is necessary for or expedient to carrying out our activities, in the manner described above and with the corresponding objectives.
Distribution
The personal data processed by our agency is not subject to distribution.
Execution of data processing
Data processing can be performed by automatic means with or without the assistance of electronic means, and it encompasses all processes mentioned in Article 4 paragraph 1 letter a of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 1993 and necessary for processing the data concerned. Data processing is always performed in compliance with all security measures that assure the security and confidentiality of the data.
Rights of the concerned party
The Data Protection act grants the parties concerned the opportunity to exercise certain rights in accordance with Article 7. In particular, the party concerned is entitled to know which personal data about the party the holder of the data possesses and to be informed as to whether information about the party is present even if the data is not yet stored, and to receive, in understandable form, detailed information about the data, its origin, and the reason and purpose for processing the data, as well as information about the holder of the data, the persons responsible for processing the data, and the categories of persons to whom this data may be communicated. The party concerned is entitled to confirm his or her data, to check, correct and update the data, and to demand that the data be deleted, blocked, and converted into anonymous data if the processing violates statutory provisions. Based on justified reasons, the party concerned is entitled to oppose processing of its data in part or entirely and to demand that it be deleted, blocked, or converted into anonymous data, and is further entitled to do so without justified reasons if the data is used for commercial information, sending promotional material, direct sales, or market or opinion surveys.
